- Acting for a commercial landlord on an industrial warehouse dilapidations claim, agreeing a settlement that allowed the landlord to carry out the required repairs.
- Preparing a schedule of condition for an office letting, protecting the incoming tenant against liability for pre-existing disrepair at the end of the lease.
- Reviewing tenant's works on a new-build single storey property for a local authority client under a licence to alter.
