His career has been defined by a strong focus on Landlord & Tenant relations and Project Management, where he has developed a deep understanding of commercial building surveying.
Joel’s extensive background includes key roles in Surveying Practices, Local Authorities, and Social Housing sectors. In 2013, he established JMD Building Consultancy to offer tailored services to the Isle of Wight and Hampshire property markets, where he leverages his broad expertise to guide clients through complex projects, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality at every stage.
